FOR THIS MONTH'S FASHION SHOOT, Shape's fashion director Kristina Ferrante Coleman, senior fashion editor Violet Moon Gaynor, photo shoot producer Lisa Robinette, phoriotwearrapher Marili Forastieri and CoverGirl model Elsa Benitez jetted to France for our ultraglamorous October fashion feature shoot, "Let It Glow."

On location We shot at the beautiful and charming 19th-century castle Chateau de Voisins, complete with canals, ponds and an orange grove--although the chilly temperature kept us inside and on our toes during the 12-hour shoot!

Hit the shops We fell in love with the Saint-Ouen flea market for the vintage clothing (check out parispuces.com). Now we know firsthand how Frenchwomen stay slim--it's the shopping.

Elsa won't travel without ...

A tan suede blazer, her favorite jeans and a shawl that doubles as a snuggly travel blanket.
