Stefano Ricci, the Florentine designer who has become the point of reference in the field of men's high fashion, is opening his first New York City store on Park Avenue.
The international men's apparel retailer has net-leased the entire two-story, 6,000-square foot property located at 407 Park Avenue for his New York flagship location.
Loren Baron of the CB Richard Ellis Retail Services Group arranged the 15-year transaction on behalf of Stefano Ricci in direct negotiations with the building ownership, Abrams Realty.
"After an extensive three-year market search for the ideal retail space, we were able to identify the two-story property on Park Avenue between 54th and 55th Streets, as the perfect location to house Stefano Ricci's flagship store in New York City," said Mr. Baron.
"As one of the world's top menswear designers, Stefano Ricci will be able to create unsurpassed brand recognition by bringing his unique image to the store."
The Stefano Ricci flagship, multi-level store will house a complete line of merchandise including the famous Limited Collection of pleated patchwork ties, which earned fame as "the most expensive ties in the world," as well as men's shirting, perfumery, clothing and accessories.
Worn by some of the world's most renowned international celebrities, the Stefano Ricci Collection offers the pinnacle in quality and design.
In addition to the New York City location, Stefano Ricci operates stores in Beverly Hills, Shanghai, Beijing, Monte Carlo and Sardinia.
