Adams & Co. has recently brokered two deals at 1071 Avenue of the Americas for a total of 14,492 square feet of prime real estate.

Weave Corporation, a designer, weaver and importer of fine fabrics for upholstery, has renewed its lease on their 12,950 square foot space and W.H. Clothiers, Inc., a manufacturer of mens' apparel, has signed on for a 1,542 square foot space.

According to David Levy of Adams & Co., Weave has extended its lease for an additional five years and W. H. Clothiers also signed a five-year lease. Levy and Jeffrey Schwartz of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord in the W. H. transaction and the landlord in the Weave deal.

Daniel Gabay of Newmark & Co. represented Weave Corporation.

Both companies plan to use the newly leased space for offices and showrooms for the display and sale of their products. The 12-story, pre-war building features brand new windows and great views of Bryant Park. Other tenants include Jennifer Lopez's Sweetface Fashion, Weatherproof Garment Company, Tommy Bahama and Pacific Coast Feather, the largest pillow and down manufacturer in the country.

"1071 Avenue of the Americas is a key location, with spectacular views, for both apparel and textiles companies," said Levy.

Teaming experience with innovation and responsible for millions of square feet of office space, Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, is a full-service real estate firm providing property management, brokerage and consulting services throughout Manhattan.
